All borrowed materials must be returned on or before the due date
Users are not to be allowed to borrow books on behalf of others or transfer borrowed materials to other users
Users with overdue materials and fines to a tune of 20,000 Ugandan shillings will not be allowed to borrow additional library materials until they settle their fines.

Reserved and Short Loan Materials
Our reserve materials denote information materials that have been sided for use only within the library. These are maintained in a reserve section where access is restricted.
You will need your university I.D. to access reserved materials. Once issued with a reserved resource, their return should be done within the stipulated period. Fines apply for overdue reserve materials. These are our short loan collections that are issued on hourly basis.
